Man dies after fall at industrial building

On Sunday, October 2, 2011 an industrial building near Finch Ave and Keele St collapsed killing a 53 year old man. Police say that the man who died was working when the fall happened. The 53 year old man was brought to the Sunnybrook Hospital and there he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. The minister of labour is now investigating the incident though police are saying that foul play was not involved.
I believe that any tragedy like this or any incident where someone dies is awful. Accidents like this where an innocent person dies is so sad. Nobody deserves this and especially not someone who has done nothing wrong. This man was just doing his job and happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I wonder if all safety devices and procedures where in place and if the worker was trained properly?
